What forms of payment do you accept?

You can pay online using Visa, Switch, Maestro, MasterCard, American Express, and JCB credit cards, just follow the instructions as you proceed. If you wish to pay by paypal, please email your order to us and we can process it for you.

How much will it cost to ship my order?

Postage, shipping and handling rates are calculated using a matrix of individual product weights and your location in the world. This means we can immediately tell you how much postage will be so you can complete your order right away. Some items have additional shipping charges as noted on the product page.

Is it safe for me to pay by credit card over the Internet?

Absolutely. Our secure server software uses industry-standard SSL encryption technology. SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encrypts, or encodes, your personal information, including credit card number, name, and address so this information would be rendered unreadable should someone try to intercept it.

I've made this really cool thing, how can I sell it in the shop?

That's great, we need to see it. We're always on the look out for the best new things from anywhere in the world.
Due to the huge amount of weird and wonderful objects that arrive here every day, you may have to be patient with us.

Are there any vacancies at the Design Museum Shop?

We are a small and almost perfectly formed team. Shop vacancies come up rarely, but when they do we advertise them on the main Design Museum website. However, we gladly accept CV's at any time and keep them on file for the maximum period of three months. Feel free to submit your CV, with a covering letter outlining your experience and interests to shop@designmuseum.org
